I started this food blog to grow it as a repository of healthy and exquisite recipes that are tried and tested at home.  This is an archive of actual meals at our home.

No. of servings, Prep. time, Cook time and Soak time (where applicable) are given on the top for ease of estimation.

Ingredients and Method are given in bullet point format for quick reading and easy implementing.


Handy Tips and Tricks to reduce time in the kitchen or accidental mishaps.


Pictures (and sometimes quick videos) included for enticement.


Final Outcome pictures, encouraging everyone to try these recipes themselves!
