- Pick the desired seasoning of black pepper or basil or oregano or methi
- Toss them in a tsp of oil, salt and seasoning
- Air fry them in an air fryer (or) bake them on a cookie sheet in the oven for 10-15 min (as per veggie chosen or desired crispness)
- Toss food in between for even cooking
- Enjoy with ketchup or as is!
Tips and Tricks:
- Air frying or baking time depends on the texture desired and vegetable chosen
- Could start with 380° F (195° C) for 15 mins and increase up to 400° F (200° C) for 20 mins. Open and check for doneness
- Don't forget to turn the food mid-way to avoid a burnt top layer
- Wash and let the veggies air dry to avoid a soggy bottom layer
- Soaking the potatoes removes extra starch in them and makes the fries firm and crisp rather than limp!
