  • Bananas - 4
  • Grated coconut (or) almond butter (or) peanut butter - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar (or) Jaggery (or) any Sweetener - 2 tsp (optional)
  • Wraps (or) chapati - 8

Method:

  • Warm the wrap on a hot pan with a drop of oil
  • Place it on a plate and place half a banana in the middle
  • Spoon out half a tsp of grated coconut and place it alongside the banana (If using any of the nut butters, lay it beside the banana)
  • Sprinkle half a tsp of sugar (or) jaggery (or) sweetener, as per preference
  • Fold the edges in and roll it up like a burito wrap
  • Slice in the middle or serve whole

Tips and Tricks:

  • Warming the wraps makes them more pliable without breaking while rolling them up
  • Riper the bananas, lesser the sugar needed (or) can be eliminated altogether
