Upcycle leftover Mattar Paneer Masala into a meal for all! With negligible kitchen time, a delicious meal can be whipped up that will wow everyone. Be sure to make extra Mattar Paneer Masala so it can be extended into this delicacy! :).
Ingredients:
- Leftover Matter Paneer Masala - 1.5 cups
- Rice - 2 cups
- Water - 3 cups
- Salt
- Red chili paste/powder - 0.5 tsp (as prefered)
- Coriander leaves - 1 fistful
Method:
- Wash the rice in a cooker vessel
- Add the leftover Mattar Paneer Masala and mix well
- Add the salt and red chili paste/powder
- Add the water and mix well so that the chili paste/powder and the gravy are homogenous with the liquid
- Close the lid and cook ('Pressure' mode for 3 mins. in IP)
- After opening, let it cool for at least 15 mins.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander on top
- Serve hot, along with yogurt (if prefered)
