This is a refreshing mid-afternoon drink for a hot, summer's day!
Ingredients:
- Mangoes - 2
- Blueberries - 4
- Yogurt - 1.5 cups
- Ice cubes - 0.5 cups
- Rose Syrup - 1.5 tbsp
- Granola - 2 tbsp
- Silted almonds - 2 tsp
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tsp
- Chocolate nibs - 1 tbsp
- Whipped cream - optional
Method:
- Blend the mango chunks, rose syrup, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender
- Note that no separate sweetener is added as rose syrup and mango add enough sweetness already
- Run it on a 'smoothie' cycle or blend it until ice cubes are crushed evenly
- Pour it into a tall glass until three-fourths full
- Top with granola, silted almonds, choco nibs and whipped cream (if using) as desired
- Drizzle some rose syrup
- Decorate with a blueberry on the top and enjoy!
