Detox Salad

This salad, full of natural goodness, makes one feel fresh instantaneously!  It almost feels like having done justice to the digestive system, without compromising on taste or satiation :)



Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Alpha alpha sprouts
  • Cottage cheese (optional)
  • Silted almonds

Method:

  • Wash and peel all vegetables
  • Slice spinach into long strips
  • Thinly slice cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
  • Grate carrots and beets
  • Shred broccoli flowerets
  • In a plate, arrange all these veggies in concentric circles in the desired order 
  • Enjoy with your favorite salad dressing (Avacado salad dressing, shown in the picture (or) Kiwi salad dressing (or) Italian salad dressing)
  • Alternatively, serve with some cottage cheese (if using), silted almonds and salt and pepper seasoning

  • Can change the veggies as per preference or availability
