Spelt as omelet or omelette, this can make a quick and sumptuous breakfast. Loaded with vegetables, these fluffy eggs will surely be enjoyed by all. A few tips and tricks given will make the outcome even better!
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 8-10
- Milk - 0.25 cup
- Tomato - 1 large
- Onion - 1 large
- Chopped colored bell peppers - 0.5 cup
- Salt
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
Method:
- Chop the tomatoes, onions and bell peppers small
- Set a pan to heat on the stove
- Crack the eggs into a bowl
- Beat them with a wire whisk nicely
- Add the milk and beat well again
- Add the chopped tomato, onion and bell peppers
- Add the salt and black pepper powder and mix well
- Smear a tsp full of oil on the pan and spread well
- Pour a ladleful of the eggs and veggies into the heated pan
- Flip it after 2 minutes and cook well on the other side too
- Serve hot with some toast and orange juice on the side!
